Terms and Conditions – Scanfit
1. General Information

2. Pricing & VAT
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable.
For customers within the EU, VAT is calculated based on the customer’s location in accordance with EU VAT rules (OSS scheme).
For customers outside the EU, prices may be shown without VAT. Local taxes, customs duties, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Scanfit reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. If a price is clearly incorrect and you reasonably should have recognized this, we are not obligated to fulfill the order at that incorrect price.
3. Availability
In the event of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a suitable solution, such as a refund or an alternative product.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- VISA / VISA-Dankort
- VISA Electron
- Mastercard
- PayPal
- MobilePay
- Anyday
Payment is only charged once your order has been shipped. No additional card fees apply.
5. Reservation of Funds
If you pay using an international payment card, the amount will be reserved immediately.
The funds remain reserved until:
- The payment is captured when the order is shipped, or
- The reservation is released according to your card issuer’s terms

7. Delivery
We aim to ship orders placed before 13:00 (CET) on the same business day. Orders placed after this time are shipped on the next business day.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination country. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
8. Right to Complain (Warranty)
Consumers are entitled to a 2-year warranty in accordance with applicable law.
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. If your claim is valid, you may be entitled to:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Refund
- Price reduction
depending on the specific situation.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
Claims must be made within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Claims made within 2 months are always considered timely.
If your claim is valid, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
For business customers, we reserve the right to remedy defects through repair rather than replacement.
9. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have a 100-day right of withdrawal for purchases made through our webshop.
The withdrawal period begins from the day:
- You receive your order
- You receive the final item in a multi-item order
- You receive the final part of a delivery consisting of multiple shipments
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
You must notify us within 100 days of receiving your order.
After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the item.

Your message must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Refusing delivery without notification is not sufficient.
10. Returns
After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the product.
You are responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping.
If needed, we can provide a return label for 49 DKK.
11. Condition of Returned Items
If the product has decreased in value due to use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and functionality, a partial refund may apply.
We recommend returning the product in its original packaging.
Missing original packaging may result in a reduction in value.
100-Day Trial Policy
We offer a 100-day trial.
Even if the product shows signs of use (e.g. the body scanner), you are still eligible for a full refund if you are not satisfied.
12. Refunds
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid.
Any depreciation you are responsible for will be deducted.
Refunds include standard delivery costs (excluding upgraded shipping options).
Refunds are processed:
- Without undue delay
- No later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or documentation proving it has been sent.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
13. Privacy Policy
To complete a purchase, we collect the following information:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Order details
We process your data to fulfill your order and provide customer support.
All personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, where you can read more about:
- How your data is processed
- When it is deleted
- Your rights

Complaint Requirements
To submit a complaint:
- The product/service must cost at least 1,110 DKK and no more than 100,000 DKK
- For clothing and footwear: minimum 720 DKK
A processing fee applies.
If you reside in another EU country, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
