Delivery

Scanfit strives to ship orders placed before 1 p.m. the same day, orders thereafter will be shipped the following business day.
We offer home delivery and delivery to parcel shops with GLS. The expected delivery time is 1-3 days.

Return

You have a 100-day right of return if you regret your purchase. The right of return is valid from the day you receive your package or pick it up at the parcel shop.
Return shipping costs 50 DKK, which will be deducted from your refund.

Returned products do not go to waste.
We repackage them and donate them to Danish sports clubs - so they still benefit local associations.

Prices

At Scanfit, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment

Scanfit accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Bank transfer. Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.


Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the product repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Scanfit will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund of the amount you have paid to us.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you (including shipping) will be refunded.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
